Chimeracom, LLC will be a global
leader in the research and development of novel chemical conjugates -- "hybrid"
chimera -- that will provide efficacious analgesic drugs, which will alleviate
pain without the adverse side effects of current analgesics, as well as
compounds for treating drug abuse.
Chimeracom intends to become a
leading pharmaceutical company that specializes in pain management and drug
abuse treatment products. We intend to achieve our goal through subsidiaries
and joint ventures into which we place key pain technology products and methods
that Chimeracom develops.
Our Elpis™ drugs, patented in the United States and with patents pending in other countries,
comprise a new family of analgesic compounds heretofore unknown to analgesia.

Our ongoing research and development efforts recently yielded a notice of allowance
by the US Patent and Trademark Office of our patent application for a
"Method of Transporting a Chimeric Hybrid Molecule Across the Blood Brain Barrier"
that we expect to have applications both within and outside the field of analgesic drugs.
